Hi,
my Fatdog 64-Firefox-Edition is starting to be a tame dog.
I solved with the help of FAQ-bootoptions hints
how to start the correct savefile in the bootoptions:
boot: fatdog savefile=ask
and later - behind the waiting savefile=direct:device:sda1:/fatdog64-xxxx.ext4
(xxxx=your filesavenumber)

That finished fatdogs alzheimer-symptoms
(it has forgotten all the settings -keyboard-layout etc.
and the new additional installed programs - everytime -when
a new boot was following.

Today I tried with Fatdog64+Firefox to send an email together with a picture.
No chance to add a picture from different places. Same results with a second email-provider.

To get a working Samsung laserprinter,CLX series was not possible until now.

First attempt writing with Firefox to this forum : the desktop started freezing, the CPU showed excess racing. Restart of Xorg was neccessary.

There are still some problems asking for a solution.

For the benefit of other users, could you provide more details?

Are you saying that you DID get your printer working in Fatdog, but you could NOT get it working in other Puppies?

What model is it? What printer driver package did you use?
