Avant Windows Navigator?

hello I have been looking all over the place for the Avant Window Navigator app for puppy, but I cant find it, plz help. Im running slacko 5.3.3

It's a bit resource hungry, no?

Maybe for the newer puppies...but I don't see how it would be figured in.
