Zsnes is a fantastic Super Nintendo emulator that can handle zipped roms. It was compiled in Solidpup 511 but it tested fine in the latest Slacko.

For smoother playback, I recommend that you install Mesa/Xorg-High or a proprietary video driver.
Zsnes has got my 4 year old son addicted to Super Mario 3, he is actually hollering at me, right now to get off the computer so that he can play it!

I'm not sure, but it's easy enough to try it out yourself. You may need to install libsdl also.
