I'm getting this error message in Puppu 5.2.8 update 4, in Cups:
"/usr/lib/cups/filter/hpcups failed"
any suggestions?

Uninstalled my hplib, downloaded a fresh hplib 3.12.4. pet, deleted the old printer from Cups and reinstalled the printer and got it running, whew!!
