Save file encryption?

Ok, so I gather that so called 'light encryption' is useless (or I suppose more correctly, not really encryption)

But - I have been unable to find _any_ information on 'heavy encryption'.

Is it AES? 256 bit? 128?

How would I decrypt it manually?

Can the cypher / bits be changed?

I can't remember where it's posted right now, but the "Heavy Encrypted" save file is AES-128. You can't open it without the key.
