Where can I find libts-0.0.so0? (Solved)

I have searched everywhere for a library entitled libts-0.0.so.0 . Google has been of no help to me on this front. Anyone have it anywhere? Much obliged!
is a symbolic link to libts-0.0.so.0.1.1 in my LazY Puppy (lucid based) in /usr/lib. Unzip the attached file to get the lib.libts-0.0.so.0
