Switching workspaces in slacko

Hi,

Is there anyway you can switch workspaces using the keyboard (in lupu it is Ctrl + Alt + left/right) in slacko 5.3.1?

Also is there anyway to improve the alt-tab feature, as currently am having to filter through all window each time I press it,

if you use jwm as your window manager, you can use 'alt' + number
example:
alt + 1 to desktop 1
alt + 2 to desktop 2
alt + 3 to desktop 3
