Hi Folks,
I am currently running Puppy Linux 5.3 which comes with Transmission 1.2 pre-installed. Upon downloading a torrent, even one with a lot of seeds, transmission won't even download 1kb and says "None of xxx MB (0.00%) - Not available".

Do I need to configure a firewall or port to get transmission to work? I have a lan cable plugged into my laptop and SeaMonkey works right out of the box.

Any help appreciated.
Thanks,
H.

It says that for a while but if torrents are available it will connect and download.
I am in the process of using 1.2 Transmission in Puppy 5.3
3.6 GB downloaded only a little more to go . . .
It works. The update may work better for you . . . Cool
