Lupu-528 and right-click Subject description: right-click error in accessing iso file |
|
right-click on an iso and select "Open with isomaster" gives an error regardless of where the iso is located. No details of error given as the operation is easily done. Try it!

On lupu 525 and wary I haven't noticed any problem with the
right click package I've put together, but I'm not doubting your
report for Lupu 528. I haven't checked that and
I'm not responsible for it.

Not a problem. Simply ctrl+shift and drag the isomaster executable into your sendto dialog, then open with the lower listing.

The attached file (Apprun.gz) contains the following code:
| Code: | #!/bin/sh
exec isomaster "$@" |
After downloading, remove the fake .gz extension and copy the file (Apprun) to the following folder:
/root/.config/rox.sourceforge.net/OpenWith/.application_x-iso9660/Open with Isomaster/
( /usr/local/apps/Isomaster/)

radky let me know about this. It is fixed in Instant Update 002 for Lucid 5.2.8. Coming soon. Thanks.
Edit: I meant to add that I have become dependent on right-click and when I use a Puppy that does not have it I am constantly right-clicking and being disappointed.

Puppy Version: 5.2.8.004
Installed on USB Flash Drive, sdb1
Action: browsed hard drive and found .ISO file. Right-clicked, Open with Isomaster.
Result: ISO Master opened and the files were visible.
