What Puppy is this and where did you get the Google Earth package from?
Some of the more recent Google Earths will not work on older or lower-spec graphics hardware. There are some that you can try here:-

I have added the older one (6.0.3.2197) which you can try if the more recent ones won't run. They all should give you a menu entry in the "Internet" category and also can be started from terminal with the commands google-earth or googleearth
