I made a change in a script (originally by Nathan Fisher and Tazoc) so that .tar.xz can be extracted from a right click option menu. Benefits of xz compression ---> compression levels of bzip2 and speed of gzip!!! Note: There is a pinstall.sh script to remove other right click menu items for xz archives. A new Extract-txz script is installed. Requires xz compression utilities to be installed. Recent puppies should have no problem with this script. I tested it on Wary Lucid Puppy and Exprimo You can test it by downloading a .tar.xz file from http://tukaani.org/xz/ ___________________________________________--
