Hi

I think this would have to be the easiest launch bar to set up and use.

Have cleared by desktop - see images

Bar can have small or large icons and can be placed either at the top, bottom or on the sides. It can be on all the time or only appear when you hover over the region.

HOW MUST I WRITE THIS LINE TO MAKE 2palt ALWAYS VISIBLE and configure it like in this photo???
I am not sure I well understood you question. :oops:
As far as I am aware, this part of your configuration line:

Hi... I know how to put it visible, (always visible) but what I want to obtain is "ALWAYS ON TOP" to see it everytime

This is set with the option "layer"... But doesn't work this way any more with latest release of jwm.
Now it is:
The layer on which windows in this group will be started. Valid options are below, normal, and above

So, I think if you write:

layer="above"
it should work...

As you said, the problem will be solved adding the code layer="above" (<Tray autohide="false" valign="bottom" halign="center" height="35" layer="above">)

Excuseme but I found difficulties and I cant mark it like solved before
