Hi all, I'm running Lucid Puppy 5.2.5 on an 8 gig micro sd with no HD and everything works except for the sound and built in web cam. I have tried a few other flavors of puppy---4.3x, Lucid 5.1, puppeee, and fluppy--- and so far none of them have produced sound on my netbook. In all cases, I have never even had the sound icon appear, alsamixer force closes, and after using the alsa setup wizard, it produces nothing after running it. I have looked through the forums and tried several suggestions--adding different model# etc at the end of the file alsa creates in modprobe.d. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd appreciate them. BTW, I have the onboard intel HD sound ICH7. Thanks
