How do you want it to work? Do you want audio or video embedded in an html formatted message to play _in_ the message?
Or are you clicking on a video attached to the message, and it is asking you how to play it, and you want to know where to find gnome-mplayer?
gnome-mplayer is probably in /usr/local/bin or /usr/bin. But it might make more sense to use /usr/local/defaultmediaplayer, which should be set up to use gnome-mplayer if that is your favourite (or only) player.
You can also change the default program that the browser or mail client uses to open a particular file type by editing /etc/mailcap.
But perhaps your problem is that the mime type isn't set up for this particular type of file. Let us know if that is the case. _________________ DEATH TO SPREADSHEETS
