Wanted! a wbar detailed configuration manager

It would be great if there is a way to change icons of existing wbar launchers with a GUI based configurer which does not involve manual meddling with .wbar file.

Note : present wbar setup allows to choose icons when creating a launcher...am talking about editing later.
