Locks/Unlocks cups file attributes; restores default ownership attributes. Background: Cups files require special ownership attributes (e.g, root:nobody), and will "break" if overwritten to root:root. Locking prevents accidental overwriting, and "restore" will correct attributes so that Cups works again. Menu: Filesystem/FileManagers changelog: version 2.0: 7/29/11 add correct permissions to /dev/null on restore
