Video conversion PET request

I’ve followed several videos over the web such as youtube.com. Each time I needed another PC nearby as this ancient PC has only 64MB. I can’t play Flash video as it 128MB minimum so images are the best it can handle. I can only upgrade the memory but updating the graphics card is a waste of money or indeed anything else.

Therefore does anyone know of a puppy PET to convert them from video format mp4 or flv back into separate images and an audio file.
My 3 puppy system are Lucid 5.2, Wary 5 and Puppy 4.3.1

You don't need to convert the videos. I recommend these Firefox addons: Flash Video Replacer and Easy YouTube Video Downloader.
