How do i put an icon for the sound volume power off and country indicator on the desktop?
The window manager , i couldn't figure it out , what is it?

The window manager is Openbox.
To create a desktop icon, make a new file somewhere in rox, open it with a text editor, type in the command for what you're trying to do, save it, open the properties of the file you just made, and check all the boxes for "exec." Now drag it to the desktop. Voila, you now have a desktop pin to run your application :)

I believe the two commands you're looking for are "rxvt -e alsamixer" and "countrywizard"
