linux version utorrent 3.0
Page not responding/not found. Anyway is there any specific reason why you would want to use utorrent, I know theres a few sites out that that will ban you for using utorrent or bitcomet. why not just use the standard for puppy, transmission, or my favorite Tixati.

Re: linux version utorrent 3.0
Linux users can run µTorrent Server, a command-line version of our client. A GUI version is coming later this year.Dromeno wrote:Is somebody willing to make a pet of utorrent 3.0 which installs in the internet menu?

Direct link to utorrent 3.0 for linux
The direct download link is here:
http://download.utorrent.com/linux/utor ... 053.tar.gz
I have several reasons for choosing utorrent:
- high download speed (source:
http://torrentfreak.com/utorrent-downlo ... 16-100607/
- the rss feeds (easy to work with, you can set favorite isohunt etc. search commands as rss channels or even download automatically via these channels)
- torrent up/downloads can be encrypted so that USP's can not easily distinguish torrent traffic from other high bandwidth traffic. Not a neccessary feature for now but might in come handy in case net neutrality is compromised.
- and of course: i have been using this client for years. I just like a familiar interface to work with
I do not have experience with sites blocking utorrent. Do you have any examples?
