Sometimes when I or the OS initiates save2flash it just hangs at the yellow notice banner and doesn't proceed to the orange saving box.

I know it purposefully does this while xine is executed and waits until xine is closed, but many other times xine was never initiated during that session or any other program which creates a similar effect.

Unless u modified it, it should automatically save when you shutdown puppy.
IF it does not save when shutting down and you did NOT modify it, your pupsave might be broken.
IF this happens at ALL your pupsave, despite deleting and making new pupsave, there is a slim chance that your flash drive is spoiled.
You can test it by putting a huge file inside, and when u copy the file from your flash drive to anywhere, check if it is corrupted. IF it corrupts, your flash drive is spoiled.
IF it does not corrupt, come to us again.
