Bugs already reported for Lupu 525, but fix is only partial.

Here's a proof:

Setting up the test:
1/ Have a fresh lupu 525 install, install python, then OpenShot 1.3
2/ Save Lupu and reboot and see that OpenShot launchs correctly.
3/ Create a folder or a file name with non-english characters, such as sda4/privé/éçàè.doc

Now, the tests:
4/ Go in setup > country.
Change country setting "English, US" to "fr Français" and click OK.
Then by default Lupu 525 proposes "fr_FR Français, FRANCE" it will still work with this.
Now when you change to "fr_BE@euro" and reboot X Lupu 525 get mess up.

5.1/ First notice, that in document>document publishing.
AbiWord help menu is in English, while the exe menu is in French ( this was the indecator I gave for Lupu 253)

5.2/ Try to launch OpenShot 1.3 and see that now it crashes, change the country setting back to "English, US" and it works.

5.3/ Non-english char bug.

5.3.1/ Have a folder or a file name with non-english character such as sda4/privé/éçàè.doc either on a FAT or NTFS partition.

5.3.2/ Try to open it with another application than ROX, I tested with Thunar, LibreOffice, Iron, FireFox, Geany and you'll see that non-english character are replaced with wild chars, and you can't open the file from the application itself. For instance, can't open file from AbiWord.

5.3.3/ Strangely only through ROX does it works !

When it'll be fixed, I'll report other bugs.

Precisely, I know how to work around, but bugs exist to enhance our knowledge and are they to be fixed.

I believe there is some deeper flaw into this.
