2.11BETA - file system check

Puppy does not seem to run fsck on the save file before it's mounted ... which results in an error message every time Puppy boots

i did a file system check from Puppy 1.0.8, which found and fixed a minor error, and i no longer get that message (for the next 20 boots anyway)

Puppy 1.x used to do fsck's ... Puppy 2.x does not seem to
