Firefox 4 officially released today 3-23-11 |

| Quote: | | The much anticipated Firefox 4 was officially released earlier today. This is *the* fastest Firefox ever to be released and is also the best in terms of looks and functionality as well. When the new super fast JaegerMonkey javascript engine made web browsing so much faster, innovative additions like Tab Candy (now called Panorama) is definitely going to help end user with better tab management capabilities. Not even a day has passed since the official launch of Firefox 4 and look at the download statistics. At the time of writing this article, Firefox 4 has already been downloaded for more than 2 million times!! |

Great! Hey, who packaged the Firefox 3 series for Puppy, and are they up to getting out a Firefox 4 .PET really soon?
As for the claim that Firefox won't survive: Well, that will only happen if developers, unlike users, lose interest in Firefox--and that sure hasn't happened yet!

it's up there in ff4beta's if you want to try, however I prefer ff3 to ff4, not sure why, just do
Also, beware that a lot of the plugin's don't work with ff4 yet.
