TeamViewer in Wary5 [SOLVED]

#1 Post by mave »

Hi,

trying these days TeamViewer 6 (http://www.teamviewer.com/en/index.aspx) in Wary5. They have a preconfigured Wine-Version which runs before in Lucid Puppy fine (for me).

Now in Wary a connection is going, BUT moving a window freezes the
client system: no inputs are possible anymore, the changed mouse cursor is visible, you can move the window-rectangle and the machine only get shutdown with hard-power-switch...

Tried it on several machines with Wary5 (both kernels and also shinobars version).

Any help?

Ah!

In /root/.jwm/jwmrc_personal there are some extended settings.

Section
<!-- The move mode (outline or opaque) -->
<MoveMode>opaque</MoveMode>

<!-- The resize mode (outline or opaque) -->
<ResizeMode>opaque</ResizeMode>
...controls painting of the windoiw frames while moving or resizing.
For these MoveMode and ResizeMode default is outline.

With this mode (only a rectangle is painted) TeamViewer/JWM are crashing.

After I took opaque for MoveMode and ResizeMode TeamViewer runs well with JWM in Wary5.
