You're welcome, I think it's a nice player too, it makes my el cheapo speakers sound pretty niceplaydayz wrote:Billtoo, My favorite music player--the one that does everything I want. The one I am listening to right now. If you do not mind I will combine the pets and post the combined one in PPM. The latest we have is 2.4.0 now. Thanks. (But I am not sure I will do it tonightI made some pets in 525 for Audacious music player.

Updates (without the bad 255 for me). pupsave (ext3)
from Luci 253 > 254 > 256 > 257 > lupu 521 >lupu 522 > to last Lupu 525
modifiing the name of "lucisave-..." > "lupusave..." for update from luci to lupu
No problems since luci 256. Only icons (on first reboot) and ,of course, some lost simlinks (my wallpapers)
and my French Quickpet
No it's not a joke but for the fun:1. what happened to version 523 and 524 -appears we went from
522 to 525 . trust this is not april fools joke?

I guess my computer believe in April Fool jokes but the failure to boot has reappeared.
I had Luci 257 booting again and again with no problem and that was a fresh install and no update.
then I installed lupu525 also totally fresh and same code and it failed at first boot.
So what could have triggered this behavior? Sorry if this has already been answered. I did search three pages back.

Sorry I only do frugal install on the hdd. My Acer have no CD nor any DVD player and I am too "stingy"? to buy an external DVD player.ASRI éducation wrote:Probably a badly burned CD.nooby wrote:What could be changed that made it go into panic when 257 never did go into panic. is it totally random then or what? Can one use an internal DVD player externally on a Netbook?
I will go test latest iso again now and also what Stu came up with. A Lupu Lite 525

That little window is a bit confusing;playdayz wrote:Are you sure you are turning it on--it is not on by default. Click the menu entry and then you can check in Pprocess--Search for stay-connected.Wifi connection fails occasionally with Lupu version of "stay
