Sorry for lame question but what is the root password in puppy?
When I open a console I have to login but I can not know any pw.
pw: woofwoof
Seems not to be valid for Quirky NOP 1.2.0... at least it not works on mine...
And I found nowhere an info what Quiky NOP's root PW might be...

If it is not valid, as long as you can log in, you can set your own password
after the autologin.

The command line tool to use is passwd

If you can't get that far, then post back, for more complex instructions. And
give exact details in your post.

@Bruce B
Thanks!

Code: Select all

# passwd
Changing password for root
New password:
Retype password:
Password for root changed by root
Works just fine. Dum dum me should have thought of that by myself. *sigh*
