ATI x700

#1 Post by LinuxNut »

Hi, I have enjoyed puppy linux ever since I used it, the only thing I am having trouble with is my ATI card. The card I am using is an ATI x700 Pro, which is outdated and only works on older kernels. The good part is that most linux distros now have the opensource "radeon" driver which I think came with puppy linux. My question is, when I run "/sbin/lspci -v | less", it does not show the current video driver in use?

The current puppy I am using is "Lighthouse Pup". I am very impressed with it, and hope to use it for a long time.

Thanks!

AFAIK lspci lists devices, not drivers.
