XFE File manager for PL 5.11?
Where can I find XFE File manager for PL 5.11?
1. Here's an older version of Xfe.
I like this version.
The only Puppy it wouldn't work in [of all I tried] is/was Dpup-010 [See newer version below that does work in Dpup].
You MUST install Fox-Library with this Xfe.
2. Here's the newer version that has all dependencies included.
This looks nicer than the older Xfe, but needs a couple of configurations made, as follows:
(a) Config it to not keep warning that you are running as root.
(b) Config it to make it remember and use the window position at shut-down.
Until I did this, the window always opened with the top title bar off-screen.
3. Here's the present last page of my Puppy_Linux thread [from which came the above], that is full of Puppy goodies.
Begin at the end and work back to the beginning.
