Radky, I think this is an awesome app, and I think it should be included in Woof-CE.
WHY IT'S AWESOME
Puppy comes with so many useful little apps, sometimes it's hard to find things. There's four categories where you might find a given program - System, Utility, Setup, and Desktop.
Using PupControl, and deleting all of the .desktop files in /usr/applications PupControl replaces, I was able to get rid of two categories entirely - Desktop and System - leaving only two menu items (sparsely populated). It's so clean, simple, and nice.

- Critical Update: Adjust compatibility with recent changes in Woof-CE -- do not use symlinked /tmp directory during pet installation (thanks gyrog and wdlkmpx)
- Add support for compton-gui, grsync, photorec_sh, redshiftgui-start, testdisk_sh, xclose and xvkbd-wrapper2
- Add GUI support for screen resolution up to 150 DPI
- Update JWMDesk to 2.5
