build fsarchiver into Puppy Subject description: fsarchiver creates filesystem archives
The fsarchiver command line program is fantastic for backing-up and restoring filesystems. See http://www.fsarchiver.org It works great with Puppy because of the ease of mounting and unmounting partitions using the icons on the puppy desktop. Systemrescuecd includes fsarchiver but is no where near as convenient to use as with Puppy for a Linux newbie. It is available in the ubuntu-lucid-universe repository, so is easy to install. I just suggest it be included in the puppy distro because it is better than what is currently offered for someone willing to use the command line.
