Can Lucid Puppy 5.1.1 use programs from Ubutu repositories?

Can you tell me?

Canl Lucid Puppy look at Ubuntu repositories and install tools from there with all the dependencies? (seamlessly)

i know there is a puplet called UPUP that can maybe offer the above feature, but what about Lucid?

Say you wanted to install a music tool from the Ubuntu repository...would it be possible?
