how do you use gftp in command line? |

how do you use gftp in command line?
i want to use gftp in the terminal and not the gui.. how can i do this?
it would take about 6 hours when using the gui.

I remember I seen in GNOME repositories, a special version of gftp named command-line gftp

A command-line FTP client won't make it any faster.
However, I'd recommend lftp, check its man page.
