Parental Controls

Does anyone know of a good, free parental control software that has Microsoft Windows Vista-like controls? My mom won't give me very much Internet access, except for a few things, and I have to use her computer (it running Vista - ick). I would like to use my own computer, so any suggestions would be appreciated.
