sync with recent woof 100611, and added next features.
#30jun10 shinobar: calling rc.network/Pwireless2
was skipping to call rc.netwrok or Pwireless2 for the first run.
#import from v430JP: make all block device files by shinobar
was fail to detect some drive at boot up
#import from v430JP: correct mksquashfs/unsquashfs version by shinobar
automatically make links of mksquashfs/unsquashfs according to the kernel
