Subject description: Xorg issues		  
I was updating a computer from 4.3.1 to 5.0.1 using the universal puppy installer (FULL). it seemed to work well until X started. then i got tot the old 4.3.1 Video wizard instead of the 5.0.1 one. I set it to what the laptop requires. 1280X786 16bit LCD. X would not start. no matter what i did it just would not start.


My solution was to WIPE the upgrade and reinstall fresh loosing all my settings.
