How to tell Puppy to ignore bad hard drive?

#1 Post by nriebschlaeger »

I have a bad hard drive. When I boot puppy it hangs and keeps repeating
sata6 lost interrupt (Status 0x50)
several lines then
sata6 EH complete
this keeps repeating; I have an IDE drive not sata
Can I tell Puppy to ignore the hard drive?
