Why would you want to leave your computer open to the now known java plugin vulnerability?.

plugin.expose_full_path Subject description: about:plugins |
|
for firefox use:
about:plugins
this will list all plugins and version and status
You can see the full path of all plugins if you edit config as:
about:config
type plugin
double click plugin.expose_full_path to set it to true.

Thanks
java.java_plugin_library_name; javaplugin_oji
and the noscript says
extensions
Extra protection for your Firefox:
NoScript allows JavaScript, Java (and other plugins) only for trusted domains of your choice (e.g. your home-banking web site).
This whitelist based pre-emptive blocking approach prevents exploitation of security vulnerabilities (known and even unknown!) with no loss of functionality… Experts will agree: Firefox is really safer with NoScript
So it says but I have almost no grasp of what it means.
So Oji made the pet maybe? javaplugin_oji

I think if you use abushcrafters link above, then for noscript click on the no script icon to allow the site www.java.com. you should see a sample java app running.

Maybe I try it tomorrow.
Or maybe I don't dare to because of that exploit going on?
The java.com site says my version does not work.
