It has just been announced on Groklaw that the jury has found for Novell in the jury trial Novell v. SCO that has been running in Utah. LOL So you can now fire up Puppy Linux (or any other Linux) in the knowledge that you are not infringing on Unix IP. But then again we all knew that to be the case, right? - seemingly everyone else in the world did except Darl McBride of SCO that is. What a farce this trial has been.
