I made a pppoeconf pet package back in March 2009:

http://distro.ibiblio.org/pub/linux/dis ... p-1.17.pet

I did very limited testing, only briefly at a friend's place, and it didn't seem to work. So I asked for help on the forum, I think on my blog also, got no response at -- I think just a couple of people reported it doesn't work, but didn't make any attempt to try and find out why.

If you want to take a look at that package, and maybe see if you can find what is wrong with it, please do. It is probably just some simple little thing.

BarryK hello, thanks for your response and your great work in puppylinux.
and download the pppoe.conf pet, I installed without any problem but when I run the command "pon dsl-provider" (to connect to the internet) the following message appears in the terminal: "/ usr / sbin / pppd: In file / etc / ppp / peers / dsl-provider: unrecognized option "replace defaultroute" "
this error comes out and does not connect to internet

thanks and sorry for my language because I do not speak English and I use the google translator
