network card doesn't work

Hi everyone, recently I've installed Puppy Linux v4.3 on my Pentium 1. But it doesn't detect my network card. I hope someone can tell me where I can found the driver for the my netcard:

- 3com Etherlink III ISAPNP Ethernet Adapater (Generic 3c509b)
Another features:
- Mainboard Amptron 8800A
- VideoCard SIS 6326 (8Mb)
- SoundaCARD SoundBlaster 16/awe32

This is my first experience with a Linux distribution and I give thans for your help in advance

PD: My language is spanish, but I knew basic english

Try opening up a terminal and typing: modprobe 3c509

The driver should already be included in the kernel, if that doesn't work, maybe try an older kernel.
