mtPaint 2.29.30 - graphic image editor

a very experimental version of mtPaint which allows you to create animations:

to "uninstall" mtPaint 2.29.30, install mtPaint 2.10, or mtPaint 2.20

I missed my self-imposed deadline of this weekend due to my lack of artistic skill, workable knowledge of layering, and grading tests for school. I think I just about understand how to get the images to animate predictably using a simple 2 frame animation...maybe. I want to get better at it before I make a tutorial though.

I will definitley make the tutorial for mtpaint animations in the very near future.

I will also make a tutorial for how to use Wink as well since there have been several requests.
