Is there a .pet for the jwm tray? I loved that feature in Deep Thought, and having installed 431, I miss it.
If so, will it work?

Sounds like you missed out on p431 Stardust edition (now in 12th phase). Lots of user enhancements there, all well-suited to Joes Window Manager and with some advanced features well-integrated into the Stardust desktop environment (tray management, global theming, a 'master' control panel, specialized menus and so on). There may well be a few spinoff dotpets of some of its features for a 'standard' p431.
