I tried the printer wizard and selected another printer that uses the hpijs driver, but the printer does not work. Is this supposed to be so?

I also used the printer wizard on Puppy 1.0.6. I tried to set up an HP970Cxi and an Epson 3200. Always I get an error that says I am missing a library file, I don't remember which because it has been a while since I wrestled with it. But the library file is THERE in, I believe, /usr/lib. I tried linking it to other directories but never has been found. Frustrating, I need it to make a computer for my housemate.
