I am using MiPup 4.10 to setup a CD ripping machine. I have abcde and ripit installed. Both of these work with online connection to freedb.org. However, when I try to use these with a downloaded and extracted local copy of freedb, neither one will tag the disc, even though I can search the local copy and find the disc id in the local copy of freedb.

Does anyone have any suggestions on setting up a local copy of freedb with Puppy and ripit or abcde?
