Hello Puppy Friends
SoftMaker, a german company, making an nice and efficient alternative to M$ Office suite is currently running a Give Away of its Office 2008 suite (word processor and spreadsheet...).
Give away ends on Dec 31st.

I found this suite interresting and more familiar to use for traditionnal M$ Office user.
Unfortunately I am not good enough at Linux and Puppy to make it a PET or a SFS. Could there be some interrested guru out there that would accept to make it ?

Since Load and Help from SoftMaker has been mentioned in this thread...
The Load and Help campaign runs again this year until December 31, 2010. You can download SoftMaker Office 2008 and a nice font package for free and SoftMaker donates 10 cents to charity for every download.

I have found SoftMaker the very best Office Suite in Linux as it is small and fast and does just about everything...
AND if SoftMaker is true to form, sometime in the future they will offer a good discount on their 2010 Suite as an upgrade... because you get a serial number with the free one.
I've said it before: this Suite is worth paying for!!
