I'm still playing with dpup beta 4, and installed Ratpoison window manager from the Lenny repo. 9menu is recommended, so I installed that too. I can't get a menu to appear. One message says I need "menu" package,so I installed that too. On Debian, Ratpoison hooks into the Debian menu, but that doesn't happen with dpup- the menu structures are very different.
I can't find how to generate a menu, but I'll keep working on it.
