Happy New Year to all the Puppy community from old-timers to newbies.
I look forward to the coming year but for now I would like to congratulate everyone who has become involved with Puppy in any way as the results of your efforts are to be seen in the latest release of Puppy.
Cheers.

Will Barry stop to take a breath in 2006?! Barry: you need a break, else you'll burn yourself out - and where would we all be without you.....

Congratulations, Barry and everyone, for the 1.07 release, in time for the New Year!
The year 2006 may be the start of adoption by a major PC maker of Puppy for its low-cost PC program. One of its project managers has been trying out Puppy since last week, and has reported good performance of Puppy in its low-cost system. This event marks the first successful testing of Puppy by a major PC maker.
I have also demonstrated Puppy 1.06 to colleagues here at Kuala Lumpur, and they were quite surprised about what Puppy can do in a low-config machine such as a thin client.
Cheers from Kuala Lumpur!

In 2005 I discovered two wonderful things from Australia. The first one is Puppy Linux and the second one is excellent Australian red wine Australian Bush Cabernet Shiraz that I found in a new store near my home.
Cheers to all kind people from Puppy Linux community!
