The pet contains: GIMP 2.7.0 (beta) GTK+ 2.18.3 GLIB 2.22.2 PANGO 1.26.0 BABL 0.1.0 (pixel format conversion library) GEGL 0.1.0 (graph based image processing framework) They were all compiled from source, with no sneaky cheating and using pre-compiled binaries 
If you want the help files, then you need to install two extra PETs: GIMP-HELP-2-2 : 26Mb PET WEBKIT: To display it. (or you can navigate to /usr/share/gimp/2.0/help/en/index.html after you have downloaded the help PET, and it should fire up your default browser).
