xshisen: a mahjongg game

I've repackaged this as a .pet. To play type xshisen, or via Menu->Fun->Xshisen.

Scores are stored in hidden file /root/.xshisen.scores, and settings in /root/.xshisenrc.

I've re-uploaded this game, as I was never happy at how it would randomly position, on startup, depending on your default Xsettings. With the original game there were also 2 different tile themes available, but I removed the one I thought was the daggiest.
