Try using Firedog 3.6.12 ? Wish I was more help but I have not used firedog for a while . it is a cool program.particularly for dialup.don922 wrote:Firedog 1.2 last entry in each Bookmark category is: Add Bookmark Here
FirePup (ff 1.5.0.12) last entry in each Bookmark category is: Open in Tabs
Firefox 3.5.9 last entry in each Bookmark category is: Open All in Tabs
The Add Bookmark Here is not useful for me. Also, <control> B causes the browser to crash as does clicking on the entry. How can I change it to an Open in Tabs type entry?

Edit April 16, 2011:
I discovered an "Open All in Tabs" command in the right click menu when the cursor is resting on a Bookmarks category.
Still trying to figure out how to fix or get rid of the "Add Bookmark Here" which when selected causes the browser to crash.
That's good. but Firefox 28 is quite heavy on resources for those of us with older machines. There's no easy answer to this as far as I can see (apart from Opera).Pelo wrote:changed to firefox 28 (2014) . Nearly all bookmarks are working.
Thanks Pelo. 17 ESR is pretty good for most sites, except for some of the Google-based sites where you are likely to get a message like, "You are using an old browser, which we will soon stop supporting. Please upgrade to a newer version of Firefox."Pelo wrote:That's good. but Firefox 28 is quite heavy on resources for those of us with older machines. Firefox 17ESR seems to be the just enough for older machines (default browser in Puppy Pupjibaro version old machines)
